Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
ThistleSue currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing & Shipping Time
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Standard Shipping delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-25 business days
These timeframes are estimates and do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Calculations
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your items and your delivery address. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes. ThistleSue is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to ThistleSue. We cannot predict or control these fees, which vary by country.
