User Agreement

By placing an order on ThistleSue, you enter into a binding purchase agreement with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process. All sales are considered final upon order completion, subject to our Refund Policy outlined below.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of the original shipment date for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and final clearance merchandise are eligible for store credit only.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
